Senior NetSuite Systems Analyst (ERP Owner)
Kansas City Metro | Full-Time, Permanent | Onsite 4 days/week

About the opportunity
We're exclusively partnering with a growing, multi-entity organization in the Kansas City area that recently consolidated its operations onto NetSuite. The system is live and integrated with a field service platform. Now they want an in-house expert to own NetSuite and improve how it supports the business.

Right now, NetSuite questions and changes go through an outside consultant. This role brings that expertise in-house, so you'd be the go-to person for the ERP.

What you'll do

• Own NetSuite day to day: support, maintenance, enhancements and change requests
• Improve and extend integrations between NetSuite and other business systems
• Design, build and improve workflows and automation that match how the business operates
• Work with procurement and vendor teams to streamline processes such as pricing and item updates
• Partner with finance, operations and business systems colleagues on process improvement
• Support future growth, including bringing new business units onto NetSuite

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience, ideally as the in-house owner/lead the business relies on
• A solid understanding of business processes such as quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, projects, inventory and field service
• Experience with SuiteFlow workflows, configuration, saved searches and reporting
• SuiteScript and integration experience (Celigo, RESTlets, SuiteTalk) is required
• Experience integrating NetSuite with field service, CRM or quoting platforms is a bonus
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to work onsite in the Kansas City metro 4 days a week
